  • 1. Consultation & Preparation

Consultation: Your provider will assess your facial expressions, muscle movement, and aesthetic goals to determine the appropriate neuromodulator treatment (Botox, Dysport, or Jeuveau). They will discuss the expected results, potential risks, and the amount of units needed for optimal effect.

Cleaning & Numbing: The treatment area will be cleansed to remove dirt, oils, and makeup. While numbing cream is usually not necessary, some providers may use a topical anesthetic or ice to enhance comfort, especially for sensitive areas like a lip flip.

    2. The Treatment Itself

Injection Application: The provider will use a fine needle to inject the neuromodulator into the targeted muscles. The neurotoxin works by temporarily relaxing the muscles to smooth wrinkles and prevent new ones from forming.

Sensation: You may feel a mild pinching or stinging sensation during the injections, but discomfort is generally minimal and well-tolerated.

Treatment Time: The entire neuromodulator injection session usually takes around 10–20 minutes, depending on the number of areas treated.

    3. Cooling Technology

A cold compress or ice pack may be applied before and after the injections to minimize swelling and discomfort. We also use vibration anesthesia (a small vibrating device) to help distract from any discomfort during the procedure.

    4. Immediate Aftercare

Redness & Swelling: You may experience mild redness, swelling, or small bumps at the injection sites, which typically resolve within a few hours. Bruising is rare but possible.

    Post-Treatment Guidelines:
Avoid rubbing or massaging the treated areas for at least 4–6 hours to prevent the product from migrating.
Stay upright for at least 4 hours after treatment to avoid unwanted spread of the neuromodulator.
Avoid intense exercise, excessive heat (e.g., saunas, hot tubs), and alcohol for 24 hours to reduce swelling.

    5. Recovery & Results

Day 1-2: Mild swelling, redness, or small bumps at the injection sites typically subside within a few hours.
Day 3-5: You may start to notice the effects as muscle movement begins to gradually relax.
Day 7-14: Full results are typically visible within 7–14 days, with smoother skin and reduced wrinkles.

Longevity: Neuromodulator results last 3–4 months, after which maintenance treatments are recommended to sustain the effects. Dose = duration.

Consultation: Your provider will assess your facial structure, skin concerns, and aesthetic goals to determine the right type of dermal filler. They will discuss the expected results, potential risks, and the amount of filler needed for optimal enhancement.

Cleaning & Numbing: The treatment area will be cleansed to remove dirt, oils, and makeup. A topical numbing cream may be applied, especially for more sensitive areas like the lips. Some fillers also contain lidocaine, a mild anesthetic, to enhance comfort during the procedure.

    2. The Treatment Itself

Injection Application: The provider will use a fine needle or cannula to inject the filler into the targeted areas, such as the cheeks, lips, jawline, under-eyes, or nasolabial folds. The filler adds volume, smooths wrinkles, and enhances facial contours.

Sensation: You may feel a mild pinching, pressure, or slight stinging as the filler is injected. If lidocaine is included in the filler, discomfort typically decreases after the first few injections.

Treatment Time: The entire filler injection process usually takes around 15–45 minutes, depending on the number of areas being treated.

    3. Cooling Technology

A cold compress or ice pack may be applied before and after treatment to minimize swelling and discomfort. We also use vibration anesthesia (a small vibrating device placed on the skin) to help distract from any discomfort during injections.

    4. Immediate Aftercare

Post-Treatment Care: After the treatment, your provider may gently massage the area to evenly distribute the filler.

Redness & Swelling: You may experience mild swelling, bruising, or tenderness, especially in areas like the lips. This typically subsides within 24–48 hours, though mild swelling can persist for a few days.

Hydration & Sun Protection: It’s important to stay hydrated and apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily to protect the treated areas. Avoid alcohol, excessive salt, strenuous exercise, and direct sun exposure for at least 24–48 hours to reduce swelling.

    5. Recovery & Results

Day 1-2: Mild swelling, bruising, and tenderness are normal. Applying ice packs can help reduce swelling. Avoid massaging the area unless instructed by your provider.
Day 3-7: Swelling begins to subside, and the filler settles into place, creating a more natural appearance.
Week 2: Final results are typically visible after 1–2 weeks as swelling fully resolves.

Longevity: Results last between 6–18 months, depending on the type of filler used and individual metabolism. Touch-up treatments may be needed for maintenance.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF)

Starting at $550

Platelet rich plasma is a different type of injectable procedure. Instead of using an already manufactured substance, we instead draw your blood here in the office, spin it down in our centrifuge, and inject it back into the area of concern. PRP, also commonly referred to as “Liquid Gold” is the perfect solution to stimulate cell growth and regeneration within the body.

PRP is a concentration of platelets, which circulate through your blood and are critical for blood clotting. Platelets and the liquid plasma portion of the blood contain essential factors for cell recruitment and specialization. The amazing benefits of PRP can be used to to stimulate your body’s own collagen production thus improving fine lines and wrinkles, discoloration, scarring, hollowing and more. It it also used to stimulate hair growth and strengthen the hair follicle.

Most popular PRP treatments:

  • Under eye / periorbital region

  • Fine lines of the lower face

  • Neck lines / “tech neck”

  • Hair restoration of the scalp

An average of 3-4 treatments one month apart is recommended for best results, with 1-2 treatments a year for maintenance. We categorize PRP injections into two categories: facial injections and injections for hair restoration.

  • 1. Consultation & Preparation

Consultation: Your provider will assess your skin concerns and treatment goals to determine if PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) or PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) injections are right for you. These treatments are commonly used for skin rejuvenation, hair restoration, and collagen stimulation.

Blood Draw: A small amount of your blood will be drawn, usually from your arm, to extract the platelet-rich plasma or fibrin.

Centrifugation: The blood sample will be processed in a centrifuge machine to separate the platelets and growth factors from the red blood cells. This process takes about 5–10 minutes.

Cleaning & Numbing: The treatment area will be cleansed to remove dirt, oils, and makeup. A topical numbing cream may be applied, especially if the injections are being administered to the face or scalp, to ensure comfort.

    2. The Treatment Itself

Injection Application: The provider will use a fine needle or cannula to inject the PRP or PRF solution into the targeted areas, such as the face, scalp, or under the eyes. The growth factors help stimulate collagen production, tissue repair, and hair growth over time.

Sensation: You may feel mild pressure or a slight pinching sensation during the injections. The numbing cream helps reduce discomfort, but sensitivity levels may vary depending on the treatment area.

Treatment Time: The entire PRP/PRF injection session typically takes around 30–60 minutes, including the blood draw, centrifugation, and injection process.

    3. Cooling Technology

Since PRP and PRF injections are minimally invasive, cooling technology is generally not required. However, a cold compress may be applied after the treatment to help reduce any redness, swelling, or discomfort at the injection sites.

    4. Immediate Aftercare

Post-Treatment Care: After the procedure, your provider may apply a soothing serum to calm the skin.

Redness & Swelling: You may experience mild redness, swelling, or tenderness, similar to a mild sunburn or light bruising. These effects usually subside within 24–48 hours.

Week 2+: Results gradually become noticeable as collagen production increases and cellular regeneration occurs. For hair restoration, new hair growth may take 3–6 months.

For the best results, most people need 3–4 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart, with maintenance treatments recommended every 6–12 months.

Microneedling

Starting at $300

Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is Hayley’s personal favorite treatment for achieving multiple skin benefits with minimal downtime. This treatment is wonderful for those looking to improve skin tone and texture, pore size, acne scarring, hyperpigmentation, stretch marks and fine lines / wrinkles. We typically recommend a series of 3-4 treatments for best results.

Post procedure products are then applied to your skin and you are sent home with an amazing after-care kit to ensure your skin heals quickly. You can expect to be pink like a mild sunburn for 2-3 days and should avoid sun exposure until healing is complete.

Virtue RF Microneedling

Starting at $650

Virtue RF microneedling is the most recent generation of Radiofrequency Microneedling and is FDA-approved for your safety. SKINriched is the first in the North Nashville area to offer this minimally invasive restorative solution that stimulates your body’s own natural collagen production. The virtue goes beyond by treating fine lines, wrinkles, pore size, texture, stretch marks, acne scarring, and skin tone. It can also help with hyperhidrosis and skin laxity of the face, neck, chest, hands, and body.

Virtue RF uses a sterile 36 gold-coated tip to penetrate the skin’s dermis. As the needles penetrate within the targeted area, microscopic channels are made and radiofrequency energy is delivered. This results in the body’s healing response by stimulating collagen and elastin production for the ultimate anti-aging treatment.

*White House location only

  • Consultation: Your provider will assess your skin and discuss your concerns (such as fine lines, acne scars, skin texture, or overall rejuvenation) to determine if Virtue RF Microneedling is the best option for you.

Cleaning & Numbing: The treatment area will be cleansed to remove dirt, oil, and makeup. A topical numbing cream will be applied to the treatment area to ensure comfort. This numbing cream is usually left on for about 30 minutes before starting.

    2. The Treatment Itself

Microneedling & Radiofrequency: The provider will use the Virtue RF microneedling device, which combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy. Tiny needles will create controlled micro-injuries in the skin while the device delivers radiofrequency energy to the deeper layers, stimulating collagen production and improving skin texture, firmness, and tone.

Sensation: During the treatment, you may feel a mild pricking or tingling sensation, similar to a light scraping or vibration. Since numbing cream is used, most people find the treatment tolerable. Some areas, such as the forehead or around the eyes, may feel slightly more sensitive.

Treatment Time: A Virtue RF microneedling session typically takes around 30–60 minutes, depending on the size of the area being treated and the number of passes performed.

    3. Cooling Technology

The Virtue RF device has built-in cooling technology that helps reduce discomfort during treatment. This cooling system ensures a more comfortable experience, especially during deeper microneedling and radiofrequency settings.

    4. Immediate Aftercare

Post-Treatment Care: After the treatment, your provider may apply a soothing serum to calm the skin and provide immediate relief.

Redness & Swelling: It’s common to experience mild redness, similar to a light sunburn, as well as slight swelling in the treated areas. These effects usually subside within 24 hours.

Day 3-5: Peeling and flaking may occur as the skin heals. It’s important not to pick at the skin to prevent scarring.
Week 2+: Skin looks smoother, firmer, and rejuvenated, with collagen remodeling continuing for several months.

For optimal results, most people require 3–5 treatments, spaced about 4–6 weeks apart, with results continuing to improve over time.

Cleaning & Numbing: The treatment area will be cleaned to remove dirt, oils, and makeup. To ensure comfort, a topical numbing cream will be applied about 30–45 minutes before the procedure. Morpheus8 uses microneedling, so numbing is essential to reduce discomfort during the treatment. You can also request Pronox at an additional cost to help with discomfort.

    2. The Treatment Itself

Microneedling & Radiofrequency: The provider will use the Morpheus8 device, which combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy. 3. Immediate Aftercare

Post-Treatment Care: After the treatment, your provider may apply a soothing serum to help calm any redness or irritation.

Redness & Swelling: It’s common to experience some redness and mild swelling, similar to a mild sunburn. This will typically subside within 24–48 hours.

Hydration & Sun Protection: Your provider will recommend hydrating products to keep the skin moisturized. It’s also crucial to apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+ every day to protect your skin while it heals.

    4. Recovery & Healing

Day 1-2: Expect mild redness and swelling (like a sunburn). Some people may also experience slight bruising.
Day 3-7: Skin may feel dry or rough as the micro-channels heal. No makeup or harsh skincare should be applied until the skin is fully healed.
Week 2+: You’ll start to see smoother, tighter, and rejuvenated skin. Over the next few months, the collagen remodeling will continue, and results will become more noticeable.

For optimal results, multiple treatments (typically 3–5 sessions) spaced about 4–6 weeks apart are recommended.

  • 1. Consultation & Preparation

Consultation: Your provider will assess your skin type, hair color, and hair thickness to determine if laser hair removal is the right treatment for you. They will discuss treatment areas, expected results, and the number of sessions needed for optimal results.

Shaving & Cleaning: The treatment area should be shaved 24 hours before your appointment to ensure the laser effectively targets the hair follicle. The provider will cleanse the skin to remove dirt, oils, and makeup before starting the procedure.

    2. The Treatment Itself

Laser Application: The provider will use a handheld laser device to deliver controlled pulses of light energy to the targeted hair follicles. The heat from the laser disables the follicle, preventing future hair growth.

Sensation: You may feel a warm snapping or tingling sensation, similar to a rubber band flicking the skin. Most people tolerate the treatment well, but discomfort levels vary based on the treatment area and individual pain tolerance.

Treatment Time: The duration depends on the size of the treated area:

    • Small areas (upper lip, chin): 5–10 minutes

    • Medium areas (underarms, bikini line): 15–30 minutes

    • Large areas (legs, back, chest): 45–60 minutes

    3. Immediate Aftercare

Redness & Sensitivity: It is normal to experience mild redness, swelling, or a sunburn-like sensation immediately after treatment, which usually subsides within a few hours to a day.

    Post-Treatment Guidelines:
Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for at least 2 weeks, and always use SPF 30+ sunscreen on treated areas.
Avoid hot showers, saunas, and intense workouts for 24–48 hours to prevent skin irritation.
Do not wax, pluck, or use hair removal creams between sessions—only shaving is allowed.

    5. Recovery & Results

Day 1-3: Mild redness and sensitivity may occur, similar to a mild sunburn.
Week 1-2: Hair may begin to shed, which is part of the natural process. Avoid pulling or scrubbing the skin.
Ongoing Sessions: Multiple treatments are required, typically 4–8 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart, for best results.

Longevity: Laser hair removal provides long-term hair reduction, but maintenance sessions may be needed once or twice a year to keep results optimal.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Enhancement

The amazing benefits of PRP can be used to to stimulate your body’s own collagen production thus improving fine lines and wrinkles, discoloration, scarring, hollowing and more. It also aids in overall recovery time.

What to expect: Your provider will perform a quick blood draw from a vein in your arm using a small butterfly needle. We recommend drinking plenty of water the day before and the day of your treatment. If you have a history of difficult blood draws please let us know prior to your visit. Next your blood will be spun in our centrifuge and prepped for treatment.

Benign Lesion Removal

Starting at $95

Benign lesions are skincare conditions that do not pose a threat or harm to the patient,  but rather are more of a nuisance or cosmetic concern.  Hayley Sechler is a certified dermatology PA-C trained to identify benign versus concerning lesions. At your visit, she can inspect each lesion and determine if same day treatment can be performed. If there is any concern for a lesion we can refer you to a skin cancer specialist for further treatment.

  • A medical device is used to treat and remove individual benign skin lesions. Most people don’t need any pain relief, however numbing cream and/or lidocaine injections are available if needed. The most common lesions we treat include sebaceous hyperplasia, cherry angiomas, skin tags, seborrheic keratoses and more. The treatment usually only takes 10-15 minutes!

SKINriched Medical-Grade Products

After suffering with acne, rosacea, acne scarring and problematic skin herself for years, Hayley wanted to develop a skincare line that was actually effective. She was frustrated with the number of products on the market that were expensive, yet didn’t yield results and actually further irritated the skin. As a result Hayley curated SKINriched’s medical grade skincare line that combines highly effective ingredients that are gentle and effective. Our products are sulfate free, paraben free, gluten free, and are not tested on animals.

Custom Prescriptions

Topical Prescriptions

Prescription strength creams are often needed for certain conditions such as acne, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, melasma, scarring and more. It’s important to see a medical provider if you’ve tried over the counter products with little to no improvement. Prescription creams are highly effective, yet can be very expensive and are often times not covered by insurance. This is why we’ve partnered with an FDA-approved compounding pharmacy to create compounded topical creams that are affordable and yield great results. These are only available to patients in Tennessee who either come into the office or schedule a virtual visit.

Cool, Calm and Collected Cream - calms sensitive skin prone to redness and/or breakouts. This is a great pregnancy-safe option as approved by your OBGYN.

Brighten and Blend Cream - brightens stubborn pigment, increases cellular turnover, calms irritation and gives a nice overall glow.

Oral Prescritpions

Available only by seeing a medical provider, oral prescriptions are sometimes needed for stubborn skin conditions. Hayley often uses a combination approach by pairing oral prescriptions with topical skincare and medical procedures for the quickest, most effective results.
