A small amount is injected into the desired muscle group. Most procedures take around 15-30 minutes, allowing you to quickly return to your daily activities. We recommend that you refrain from exercising the rest of the day following your injections and avoid lying flat for 4 hours. Within 3-7 days you will start to notice decreased movement, with full treatment outcome by day 14.

What to Expect: We provide a topical numbing cream and ice for increased comfort. Results are visible immediately after treatment with the possibility of some bruising and swelling. The product then settles and you’ll enjoy your final results about 2-3 weeks after injections. We recommend you plan accordingly and give yourself at least 2 weeks before any events / vacations / photos in case of residual bruising and swelling.
Results typically last anywhere from 9-18 months. Longevity differs from person to person and treatment to treatment depending on area injected and type of filler used.
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF)

Platelet rich plasma is a different type of injectable procedure. Instead of using an already manufactured substance, we instead draw your blood here in the office, spin it down in our centrifuge, and inject it back into the area of concern. PRP, also commonly referred to as “Liquid Gold” is the perfect solution to stimulate cell growth and regeneration within the body.
PRP is a concentration of platelets, which circulate through your blood and are critical for blood clotting. Platelets and the liquid plasma portion of the blood contain essential factors for cell recruitment and specialization. The amazing benefits of PRP can be used to to stimulate your body’s own collagen production thus improving fine lines and wrinkles, discoloration, scarring, hollowing and more. It it also used to stimulate hair growth and strengthen the hair follicle.

What to expect: Hayley will perform a quick blood draw from a vein in your arm using a small butterfly needle. We recommend drinking plenty of water the day before and the day of your treatment. If you have a history of difficult blood draws please let us know prior to your visit. Next your blood will be spun in our centrifuge and prepped for treatment. It is then injected back into your area of concern using a needle or cannula. Results are appreciated around 4-6 weeks following the first treatment. We recommend you plan accordingly and give yourself at least 2 weeks before any events / vacations / photos in case of residual bruising and swelling.
Sculptra

Sculptra is an injectable that restores age-related volume loss for a younger, more youthful appearance. It stimulates your body’s own collagen production for up to two years.

We will apply numbing cream to the desired treatment area. Next the Sculptra is gently injected. You will notice a more full appearance immediately, however your body will absorb the fluid over the next few days. The collagen production will begin and will be noticeable about 4-6 weeks after each treatment. It is worth the wait!
Procedures
Chemical Peels
Starting at $85
We currently offer 4 different chemical peel options. When you come in for your consultation or treatment we can discuss which peel is right for you and your concerns.
We are now offering “BioRePeel” the 0 downtime “no peel” peel. Comes in single sessions or a package of 4 (saves you $100)
What to expect: Your skin will be cleansed and prepped for the chemical peel. A mild burning sensation is usually experienced for a few minutes. The peel will then be neutralized, and post-care products applied to your skin. Dryness, flaking and/or peeling will follow over the next few days. You will be instructed to avoid sun exposure for at least 5-7 days following the peel. A series of peels may be needed for best results.
Microneedling
Starting at $300
Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is Hayley’s personal favorite treatment for achieving multiple skin benefits with minimal downtime. This treatment is wonderful for those looking to improve skin tone and texture, pore size, acne scarring, hyperpigmentation, stretch marks and fine lines / wrinkles. We typically recommend a series of 3-4 treatments for best results.
What to expect: Numbing cream will be applied to the entire treatment area for 20-30 minutes. Next the skin is cleansed and prepped. The device contains multiple small needles that create micro-injuries to the skin. We are able to completely control the depth and speed at which we perform the treatment- so it’s totally customizable to you and your needs! The actual treatment takes about 15 minutes. Post procedure products are then applied to your skin and you are sent home with an amazing after-care kit to ensure your skin heals quickly. You can expect to be pink like a mild sunburn for 2-3 days and should avoid sun exposure until healing is complete.
Virtue RF Microneedling

Virtue RF microneedling is the most recent generation of Radiofrequency Microneedling and is FDA-approved for your safety. The treatment takes one hour to complete. First, we start by numbing your skin for twenty minutes, followed by the procedure itself. Afterwards, a calming face mask is applied to the area. Intense Pulse Light (IPL), also referred to as Photorejuvenation or Photofacial, uses various light filters to treat a range of skin conditions such as age and sun spots, freckles, birthmarks, acne, rosacea and broken capillaries. It also improves the overall skin appearance by stimulating collagen and elastic fiber production- making it a great anti-aging treatment. It is important to avoid direct sun exposure and/or self/spray tanning of the treatment area at least 7-10 days before each treatment.

Similar to Virtue RF - offers more of an advanced treatment that stimulates collagen production of the underlying layers of the dermis. By targeting the deeper layers of the skin, tissues of the face and body can be remodeled to reveal a more radiant youthful appearance. Morpheus can be used on any areas that can benefit from resurfacing and subdermal renewal. The most commonly treated areas include the face, neck, abdomen, thighs, legs, and buttocks.

Before your treatment:
It is important that the day of your procedure, you do not put any creams or lotions on. Make sure the areas that you are having Morpheus 8 work done on are clean and free of makeup, powders, lotions, or other topical substances. When you come in for your treatment, we will add the numbing cream on the area(s) you are getting the treatment.
Post treatment:
After your treatment, you may notice tightness and some swelling for up to a week after. Small needle marks on the skin might also be noticeable, but they will go away after some time.
Benign Lesion Removal

Benign lesions are skincare conditions that do not pose a threat or harm to the patient, but rather are more of a nuisance or cosmetic concern. Hayley Sechler is a certified dermatology PA-C trained to identify benign versus concerning lesions. At your visit, she can inspect each lesion and determine if same day treatment can be performed. If there is any concern for a lesion we can refer you to a skin cancer specialist for further treatment.

A medical device is used to treat and remove individual benign skin lesions. Most people don’t need any pain relief, however numbing cream and/or lidocaine injections are available if needed. The most common lesions we treat include sebaceous hyperplasia, cherry angiomas, skin tags, seborrheic keratoses and more. The treatment usually only takes 10-15 minutes!
Laser Hair Removal

Laser hair removal has been highly requested ever since we opened our doors. We are excited to offer a highly effective treatment for all areas of the body. We offer a series of 3 or 6 treatments.

Custom Prescriptions
Topical Prescriptions
Prescription strength creams are often needed for certain conditions such as acne, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, melasma, scarring and more. It’s important to see a medical provider if you’ve tried over the counter products with little to no improvement. Prescription creams are highly effective, yet can be very expensive and are often times not covered by insurance. This is why we’ve partnered with an FDA-approved compounding pharmacy to create compounded topical creams that are affordable and yield great results. These are only available to patients in Tennessee who either come into the office or schedule a virtual visit.
Cool, Calm and Collected Cream - calms sensitive skin prone to redness and/or breakouts. This is a great pregnancy-safe option as approved by your OBGYN.
Brighten and Blend Cream - brightens stubborn pigment, increases cellular turnover, calms irritation and gives a nice overall glow.
Oral Prescritpions
Available only by seeing a medical provider, oral prescriptions are sometimes needed for stubborn skin conditions. Hayley often uses a combination approach by pairing oral prescriptions with topical skincare and medical procedures for the quickest, most effective results.
