We are a community! We strive to make you feel welcome and enjoy each visit with us. We will carefully review what to expect with your treatment, discuss pre and post care, and answer any questions you may have. We genuinely enjoy spending time with you! You can expect a personalized treatment plan within a welcoming, boutique-style clinic.

We are proud to have Dr. Carr as our medical director. She has extensive training in aesthetic medicine, family medicine and emergency medicine.

Meet the Team

HAYLEY SECHLER, PA-C

FOUNDER + PROVIDER
Hayley is the Owner + Provider at SKINriched. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, she currently lives north of Nashville with her husband Zach and son Holden. She attended Auburn University earning her bachelors of science degree in nutrition science. She then continued on to earn a masters degree in PA studies from the University of Kentucky.
She is board certified by the NCCPA and holds licensure in Tennessee. Hayley has experience working in allergy and asthma, emergency medicine as well as medical and cosmetic dermatology.
She is also a diplomate fellow of the society of dermatology PAs and enjoys staying up to date on the latest research and innovations.
AUTUMN ADAMS, RN, BSN

REGISTERED NURSE INJECTOR
Autumn is a registered nurse injector with a bachelors degree from Austin Peay State University. She has been a nurse for 11 years and has specialized in aesthetic medicine for 3 years. She enjoys connecting with her patients and making them feel more confident in their own skin.
Autumn’s services include advanced neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRF, PRP, microneedling, chemical peels, lasers, and more! She will take her time to understand your concerns and goals to develop a treatment plan that is just right for you! Autumn has attended numerous trainings to stay up to date with injection techniques and patient safety. She believes in enhancing your natural beauty. Her patients absolutely love her beautiful and natural results!
Outside of work Autumn loves spending time with her husband Joe + 3 children (Mason, Addison, and Jackson,) being adventurous, and traveling.
CALLEN JOLLY, LE

LICENSED AESTHETICIAN
Callen is a Nashville native and has grown up north of Nashville in Gallatin. She attended Western Kentucky University earning her bachelors of science degree in biology and chemistry. She then went on to obtain her esthetician’s license. She has always been an advocate for skincare and helping her patients feel confident in their own skin.
Callen prides herself on her ability to deliver result-driven treatments and quality education customized for each patient. Her passion for aesthetics + wellness has driven her to receive a second bachelor's degree. She is currently obtaining an accelerated bachelors of science in nursing at Union University and hopes to continue her passions once graduating, combining advanced medical aesthetics alongside her current services as an esthetician.
Fun Fact: Callen’s favorite services are dermaplane facials & lash lift & tint + brow lamination duos!
TAYLOR SHELTON, LE

LICENSED AESTHETICIAN
Taylor was born and raised in Greenbrier, TN. She currently still lives in Greenbrier with her husband and two dogs. She attended Tennessee College of Applied Technology in 2019 to obtain her esthetician license. She has been practicing aesthetics for 4+ years.
Skincare has always been a passion of hers and she is so excited to be able to share that passion in community. Taylor takes pride in helping others feel confident in their own skin!
ANALISE ODLE, RN

REGISTERED NURSE
Analise is a Robertson county native graduating from Springfield High School who then went on to receive her Bachelors in Exercise Physiology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She then decided she wanted to do more direct patient care and completed her Bachelors in Nursing here in Nashville and has now been working as a Registered Nurse for 3 years. She has experience in both pediatric and adult icu specifically cardiac.
Analise has always been an advocate for self-care and wellness and is excited to start this journey in aesthetics. It’s even more special that she now gets to serve the community that she has grown up in and loves.
When Analise is not in the clinic she enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, traveling, and taking care of her fur babies.
TONYA LITTLE

CLINIC MANAGER
Tonya is a Robertson County native and graduated from East Robertson High School. She has enjoyed doing photography for the past 12 years. She currently lives in Adams, Tennessee with her husband Brad. They are the proud parents of 3 kids (Colby, Sydney, and Braden).
Tonya says, “I am so excited to be a part of the SKINriched team and to share my love of skincare with all of you. Growing up I always had a passion for all things fashion, hair, and skincare. I am here to answer any questions you may have. We can’t wait to see you in the clinic! And remember, It’s not selfish to love yourself, take care of yourself and make yourself a priority. It’s a necessity!
ANNA KATE ELMER

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Anna Kate was born and raised in Robertson County and is currently enrolled at Volunteer State for Marketing.
Anna Kate says, “I have always loved all things beauty! I am so excited to be a part of something that I am passionate about. My favorite thing about my position is being able to help others take the steps to feeling more confident! Marketing allows me to engage with patients and highlight all of the amazing products and services at SKINriched.”
Outside of the office, Anna Kate enjoys spending time with her family and boyfriend Ben! She is a dog mom and has three golden retrievers (Sadie, Bailee, and Molly).
MCKENNA WARD

MARKETING DIRECTOR
McKenna is a Nashville native and grew up in the White House area. She graduated from White House High School and went on to receive her Bachelors in Social Media Marketing from Western Kentucky University.
Ever since McKenna began college in 2019, she has been into all things social media and content creation. For her, marketing is more about forming relationships with your patients and creating content that inspires them. She cannot wait to capture all the things at SKINriched and to experience customers' confidence boost!
Aside from marketing, McKenna loves all things skincare and fashion - she believes spoiling your skin is one of the most important things you can do!
Outside of the office, McKenna enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband Jared & her fur baby Wallen.
EVE MCCUISTON

AESTHETIC ASSISTANT
Eve is a Robertson County Native and graduated from Jo Byrns High School. She is currently a nursing student at Western Kentucky University who is super passionate about dermatology and aesthetics! She has always been interested in working in medicine and aesthetics just added the cherry on top to her dream career!
Eve says, “ I love helping people feel like their best and most confident self! I am super eager to learn and grow at SKINriched as I gain my degree! I truly can’t wait to give back to the community that I grew up in!”
Outside the office she enjoys spending spare time with her husband, Tanner, and their two pups, Otis and Cruz! Eve loves spending time outdoors, being with family, and traveling!
EMILY WILKINS

CLINIC SPECIALIST
Emily was born and raised in Murray, Kentucky where she earned a bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Murray State University. She currently lives in White House with her husband and dog, Lola.
After moving to the area Emily found Skinriched and fell in love (at first as a patient!) with the team, the uplifting environment, and the natural approach it provides for patients. Emily says, “My goal is to ensure that your experience at our facility is exceptional from the moment you walk in”.
Fun fact about Emily is that she is a PADI certified scuba diver and her favorite place to be is the beach, but always with a heavy coat of sunscreen!
