What to Expect

A small amount is injected into the desired muscle group. Most procedures take 15-30 minutes, allowing you to return to your daily activities quickly. We recommend you refrain from exercising the rest of the day following your injections and avoid lying flat for 4 hours. You will notice decreased movement within 3-7 days, with the entire treatment outcome by day 14.

How can I prepare for treatment?

Minimize bruising and swelling by putting a cold pack on the treatment area the day before the procedure.

You may massage Arnica creams on the treatment area because it prevents bruising.

Discontinue using anti-inflammatory and allergy medications and muscle relaxers.

What is the aftercare?

Don't massage the treatment area because it can flow to other areas of your skin.

Wait a few hours to lie down or exercise.

Please don't drink alcohol or take medications because it worsens bruising on the skin.

If you have skincare treatments scheduled, ensure they're started a few days after your treatment to prevent bruising and spreading to other skin areas.

When will I see the results?

The results are apparent within 14 days.

Are there side effects?

Yes. Side effects can occur slightly and may include redness, bruising, or swelling. These symptoms subside within a few days.
